東協廚房煮出東南亞美食幸福開賣

(記者黃秀麗新北報導)由新北市政府輔導的社團法人新北市家長志工教育成長協會，經過近1年的籌備，1日中午於土城區中央路4段172號，開設「東協廚房」，專賣東協各地美食，包含海南雞飯、肉骨茶套餐、泰式炒泡麵，甚至大陸雲南乾麵以及國人愛吃的牛肉麵和湯餃等，幸福開賣聚集許多新住民，各自端出家鄉美味料理，希望大家能多捧場，讓新住民能夠靠著自身女力翻轉經濟。

協會理事長何若萍表示，在社會局和教育局的協助下，起初利用頂埔國小空教室，成立新住民關懷據點和實物銀行分行據點，輔導弱勢新住民家庭，今年協會向婦權基金會「女力計劃」爭取30萬元創業基金成立「東協廚房」，並向經濟部正式登記註冊商標，希望讓新住民姊妹淘利用自身的能力開店賺錢。

包含社會局長張錦麗、勞工局長許秀能、教育局長龔雅雯、市議員洪佳君、林金結等人均蒞臨參加。許秀能表示，為協助東協廚房設立，勞工局特別補助2名中高齡新住民工作津貼，越南新住民王慈敏和楊麗芬在廚房擔任助手，兩人也都能做出越南知名小吃炸春捲、河粉等。許秀能說，為協助新住民創業，市府設有微利貸款，還有餐車攤位，歡迎新住民提出申請。

社會局長張錦麗表示，「東協廚房」除了展現新住民女力經濟外，兼有社會企業的功能，例如設立愛心冰箱，除由斯朵利美容美髮集團提供冰箱外，並連結家樂福文教基金會的「續食計畫」，由志工每天下午到土城、板橋地區家樂福門市收取即期麵包或賣相不佳的蔬菜水果，經整理分裝後，於每日下午4點放入愛心冰箱，提供給社區弱勢民眾自由取用。(自立晚報2018/12/1)
